Old-Time Joy with a Kazoo and a Tap
We’re so excited to finally share our brand-new mini-album, “Sing Little Jazzy,” with you!
This one’s got a special kind of sparkle. Picture an old upright piano, a bright kazoo solo, and a tap-dance rhythm you can’t help but bounce along to. It’s playful, quirky, and full of that old-time joy we love bringing to life. We had so much fun recording it—and every time we perform it live, it’s the one that gets people grinning, clapping along, or even doing a little Charleston in place.
The heart of “Sing Little Jazzy” comes from a place of delight and celebration. It was inspired by a visual art piece created for a project that paired artists and musicians together in conversation. We took one look at the painting, and this whole jazzy world came to life—a little character dancing across a stage, tap shoes clicking, arms wide open to the spotlight.
We premiered it live at the Mountain Home Farmers Market, and our friends asked for it by name before we even got to it. We’ve been waiting for the perfect moment to release it, and now it’s here!
You can find it on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, and all your favorite platforms. And if it makes you smile—please tell a friend! That’s how these little songs travel and find their people.
Thanks for listening, and for loving the weird and wonderful world we get to play in.
